Caitlyn Bednarek, M.Ed, CHES®

Caitlyn, Communications Officer at Articularis Healthcare Group, joined Low Country Rheumatology in March 2017 as Director of Patient Education and Advocacy. Although her title has since changed, she continues to work with patients and acts as a liaison between Low Country Rheumatology, the community, and media to enhance knowledge and awareness of rheumatologic issues.

Caitlyn holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis (M.Ed) as well as a Graduate Certificate in Public Health from the University of Missouri. She received her Bachelor of Science in Community Health Education with a minor in Nutrition from the University of Wisconsin- LaCrosse and is additionally recognized as a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES®). Caitlyn is a member of the American College of Rheumatology’s Association of Rheumatology Professionals.

Originally from Chicago, Illinois, she fled the Midwest for warmer weather! In her spare time, she enjoys being active, exploring the outdoors, reading, cooking and spending time with her two cats.
