Danielle Bazemore, PA-C

Born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, Danielle Bazemore earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Arizona. After graduating, she moved to the Lowcountry of South Carolina and was drawn to the clinical aspect of care when she began working as a medical scribe in the emergency department. Her passion for medicine led her to pursue a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Francis Marion University, where she graduated in 2020.

Danielle began her career in neurology and has since gained experience in emergency medicine and primary care at an active-duty military clinic. She was drawn to rheumatology for its unique blend of long-term patient relationships and multidisciplinary care. Danielle values the opportunity to help her patients manage chronic autoimmune and musculoskeletal conditions and improve their quality of life. She is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), the South Carolina Academy of Physician Assistants (SCAPA), and Rheumatology Advanced Practice Providers (RhAPP).

Outside of her clinical practice, Danielle enjoys baking sourdough bread and spending time outside fishing and boating with her husband and son.
